Killler episode with massive development of a sport-related technique as a main character. It's cool because it feels somewhat unique within the sports media genre. As of right now, its VERY clear where we are going with the new "I can SEE at the top of my jump" information that was delivered ... but who knows. Maybe it will take a left turn. Pretty good stuff and super fun to watch. Huge conflict of passion in this episode between our bros... but will yield massive results on the resolution.

The great thing is that both of them aren’t wrong, they’re both right in different ways. In an environment like this of course the team is important, but what Kageyama is suggesting, is completely stalling Hinata’s personal growth as well. From the first set Kageyama did with Hinata at the end, he could tell what the issue was, but Kageyama is so trash at communicating that he says absolutely nothing the whole time instead of giving feedback and balls it up to become angry at the end lmao. There does need to be some greed for wanting yourself to improve and become a better player because that, in turn, benefits the entire team. The interpersonal relationships are what make Haikyuu as great as it is and seeing all the development come to fruition is amazing and heightens the stakes of the tourney matches. The only other sports anime I can think of that features something like that so prominently is Hajime No Ippo and him doing the Dempsey Roll in boxing.

Hinata’s greed is such an exciting aspect to explore. He seems like a goofy little guy on the outside, but in reality his ceiling is incredibly high and he understands that, so he never wants to stop developing himself. The team chemistry might hurt from that, but these confrontations just ought to happen for them to go further, so I love that we are getting exposure on that. Love haikyuu

Hi Tony, I think it's appropriate to watch the OVA now on Haiba Lev (the tall new guy at Neokma). It's just 1 episode.

SKAOG

2:15 I believe she was shown just once before yesterday, when the 2nd years were studying at Tanaka's home.

SKAOG

11:00 appropriate that the "Greed" OST plays when Hinata demonstrates Greed

SKAOG

19:46 OST is "Breakdown", I haven't paid attention to it until now, but damn that's good
