Beck is better in DUB

Kono Oto Tomare is one of my favorite music anime. But Beck is just better 🙏😭 I hope Kono Oto Tomare wins next time 💪🗿

Idk how good Beck is in dub, since I watched it in subs. Therefore, I vote for a subbed Beck experience

Beck is the clear favorite, but Kono Oto Tomare has come a long way from the first time it was on a vote and got like no traction. You love to see it! At this rate, its day will definitely come eventually 😁 I've never seen Beck. Looking forward to checking it out along with Tony if it does win.

As much as I love Kono Oto Tomare, I do worry that the teen drama parts will turn Tony off.

It's definitely possible. But I think he'll dig the development of the characters as they get more and more invested into the club.

Beck is solid but the anime adaptation in my opinion is pretty mediocre compared to the manga. Strange dialogue pauses and animation cuts, I might add. The music isn't great, it's nothing like Nana, Nana nails that and everything else. The manga for Beck is good though.

The teen drama part isn't really that different from any other highschool show we've seen here already.

While I somewhat agree about Beck, it had it's flaws, but the music wasn't one. Especially if you're into Rage Against the Machine or early Linkin Park, System of a Down, old numetal from 2000-2005 in general.

I really liked it too! I would definitely vote for it after Kono Oto Tomare makes it. Of course, if it won before Kono Oto Tomare, that would be fine too.

the only ones i know are snow white and beck. I know beck more by reputation, great dub, one of those were people argue about whether sub or dub is better because they are same quality, and the "purest's" vs "i enjoy it this way" argument unfolds. generally not the best manga adapt out there but solid, with great music if your into early 2000's rock of that type, im sure some other commenter goes more into detail on the music. snow white is the only one ive seen, loved the music, introduce me to the shamisan music "genre"(not sure if thats the right word), but the plot and character are weak imo, and the visual metaphor gets stupid ridiculous at times, in a funny way for me, main op is a bit of a child too imo, especially at the end. also, lol, i always try to guess what i think is going to win the poll, normally its the most popular/well known one, but i was thinking snow white because of recency bias, so pleased to see beck taking the lead, its what i voted for, as to dub v sub, whatever you prefer honestly.
