Haven't seen to be hero X but I think u will like Summertime Rendering the most out of these. It's a very good mystery/thriller with lot of action.

Summertime Rendering is my favorite of the list. Pretty kino. Heavenly delusion is good but I think the story told could have been cleaned up a bit. Shangri-la frontier is fun . I've heard so many great things about To Be Hero X but I just couldn't get into it so hopefully this second chance (if it wins) will work out better.

This kinda crazy. Pretty sure Heavenly Delusions is the shortest show, and itā€™s in my top 5 hidden gems, but canā€™t really lose with this.

The animation is indeed amazing. It switches between 2d and 3d depending on the scene, with it getting more complex towards the end. The concept is also pretty good. It's a super hero themed show with a unique power system. Only thing that is maybe a negative would be it's mainly just setup and introducing every character that will be a part of the "actual story" with season 2 confirmed. But the stories are pretty interesting and connect to each other in some way. I think Tony will enjoy it

I wish Shangrila Frontier would win, it's a game anime and I think Tony would love it as he hasn't gotten enough of these animes. They have been good but they have been the same, it gets boring sadly. Need some dumb action every once in a while. I wish Overlord had won last time.

No date for S2 is confirmed. But yes, the show is amazing. It also has Hiroyuki Sawano doing the OST and each hero has their own theme done by different artists.

I second the Hunter x Hunter guy, it's one of the best animes I've ever watched and I'm always surpised as to how it has never made it to these polls yet. Really crazy considering how good it is in all aspects music, visuals, the characters and the story is awesome.

These are all good ass animeā€™s but Iā€™m a little concerned about how šŸŸØ tbhX might be for Tony. Not that it isnā€™t a fun ass watch, it just feels a little Disney with its storyline imo. Especially compared to the fun almost thriller mystery vibes with both summertime and heavenly delusions. Not to mention that Tony has been itching for more game-y style shows on the uncle reactions so Shangri-La would be down his alley aswell

The middle of the show can be a little ā€œehā€ but 90% of TBHX is great imo. DEFINITELY isnā€™t Disney in its storyline; this is the first time Iā€™ve heard this kind of criticism lmao

I get what youā€™re saying, Iā€™m just tailoring it based off of all the other shows Tony has liked/disliked and why. Again not saying itā€™s a bad show by any means itā€™s fantastic. Plus Tony does fancy himself some quality 3D animation. He would just have to power through the pacing and power of friendship type beat of the first 6ish episodes

I didnā€™t really get the ā€œpower of friendshipā€ vibes tbh; thatā€™s more of a shounen trope. At most Iā€™d say some episodes are a bit whimsical/silly but thatā€™s only to set you up for tragedy later. But I get what youā€™re trying to criticize. TBHX is pretty niche and itā€™s one of those shows you have to watch to see for yourself.

Yo, have you thought about doing another long anime for Tier 3 after Monster? I love Jojo fridays as a once-a-week thing, but the pace on Monster (3-4 eps a week) makes long shows way more fun to follow without dragging. Something like Hunter x Hunter (148 eps) could be awesome in that slot. Long, but it'd actually move fast with the Tier 3 schedule. Shorter 12-24 ep shows feel perfect for Tier 1/2 anyway. Just an idea šŸ™‚
