btw the tape with bow kind of thing actually does something. If you look closely there's a small keyboard there and i think they can run back a sound they play on that keyboard and it makes a reversed sound.

Yeah Zutomayo live is something else. Definitely a goal to see them live one day. The person playing the TV Drums is called Ei Wada and he's also the the founder of the Open Reel Ensemble and Electronicos Fantasticos. Honestly he's just kind of a genius at coming up with unusual ways to play music. They've at this point become a core part of almost every Zutomayo concert and Acane in some songs incorporates and plays the Electric Fan Harp that Ei Wada has created. Just saw a video of the tape machines being featured solo. WILDDDDDD Looks like they can select the tones via keyboard but the tape direction in vs out articulates as well as hitting the stick in a percussive manner. Pretty unique ideas as far as normal triggers go for sounds.
