I like Hinamatsuri, for me the comedy hits the mark, but it's important to point out that it has a Japanese sense of humor, so it might not appeal to everyone. Anyway, he probably already knows that there might be anime that aren't so funny

Don't get me wrong, I love Hinamatsuri, and I know if that wins Tony will enjoy it, but I want Makeine to win because I don't know if he'll cringe or actually laugh with it

Hmm I'm sure Tony would enjoy Shinometa but it's in the last place and I'm not sure about others. Haven't seen them besides Kakegurui. Hope Tony ads the Daily Lives of High School Boys to the list at some point, he'll like that one for sure which is like boy version for Asobi Asobase (and keeps Shimoneta in, it's peak cringe tier).
