Okkkkkkkkkkk 👀Now the story has flipped in a very interesting direction that requires a TON of "OK, I'll just go with it" I will roll with it, lmaoooI am not sure what is being presented is accurate or just a placeholder before more truths are revealed...??.. lol we shall see. All I know is that the info dropped in the beer / tea scene and then suddenly the next segment was like , say whaaaahht?

Shucks

So, and this is to my understanding, kind of following what Hatsuka said about "even vampires don't know much about vampires" this situation is unprecedented to anyone involved, which is why Kabura isnt just feeding us every answer. Some of this still could be unsolved as both parents disappeared but presumably you are right, either nazuna came out with her current appearance, or experienced some sort of rapid growth after birth untill she reached this point. I'm more convinced of the latter. Another possibility comes into view way down the line, but the exact circumstances are never clarified. Personally never bothered me though, its not like i had any ideas of how vampire biology worked prior.

You didn't miss anything, the time jumps just aren't very explicit. The first scene they're drinking is right after Kabura is turned and they're all chummy at the bar with those guys. Then it's kind of implied that slowly over time Haru starts spending less and less time with Kabura, then we time jump to the scene when she reveals that she's pregnant. She says the reason is because 'it might be interesting', basically implying, similar to how Nazuna tells Ko that the night becomes boring, Haru was bored of life being a vampire which is why she faded from Kabura's life and went to try a genuine relationship instead of making more offspring. Time skip again and we are at the letter rooftop scene. We don't know how much time has passed. As for Nazuna's physical presentation, I always took it as the same as lots of animals physically grow in size much faster than humans do. Puppies are born small, but grow to full size before you know it but still take much more time than that to mellow out and mature, like Nazuna still not being mentally developed. Definitely a strange turn of events to take in lol. Some gaps and Hatu's story are filled in way later in the story, but you've already got all you're meant to understand at this point.

Being born a full-fledged adult isn't totally unheard of. That was the case with Chuck Norris 🤡🤡🤡

For me, the reason why she looks exactly like Haru is because of the whole Vampire DNA over-riding Human DNA. So, while the father was involved, the DNA was taken over by Haru's Vampire DNA effectively making Nazuna a Full-Blood vampire that was born outside the regular cycle of vamprire reproduction. We saw a little animation earlier of the Vampire DNA writing over the Human DNA which is mostly where my idea comes from lol

The thing about the hospital... It's a small town really right? As we saw with them having to take a long train to Tokyo. Also, there WAS a single patient we saw earlier! It was that damned freaky guy that scared Nazuna! Retrospectively, if we see that scene again with that in mind it's funny how he legit just looks like a patient with two crutches asking a nurse something (the nurse being Nazuna) but the nurse just books it screaming lmao Also, if what I said in the other comment is true... Then I bet the reason Nazuna was 'born' an adult was moreso because Haru's DNA forced her body to grow after she was born, 'cuz Haru's Vampire cells were that of an Adult Vampire, meaning that baby Nazuna was biologically forced to grow into an Adult Vampire... Maybe, idk, each Vampire mythos has their own shindigs going on after all, at least these one's don't sparkle in the sunlight I guess lmao

this somehow has gotten even weirder than it was already in so many aspects, i don't know how i feel about the show

This bit feels a bit rushed to me. And kinda like it was made up on the spot, idk. But I'll run with it
