LMAOOOO this guy 🤯Bro is good at getting himself in the dog house with the ladies. This is starting to make more sense on the strange happenings side of things. In this episode, the time loop is not really a time loop that matters. It's not Steins;Gate. As yall said, it's just easier to ignore their storytelling device and focus on the relationship.

Might not have noticed, but the singer of the ED this week was a different VA — the actress for Koga.

Yeah, you shouldn't pay so much attention to scientific explanations, but I don't see it as a mistake in the series. I don't think the series claims that it's exactly as Futaba says. At the end of the day, these are supernatural events caused by the emotional instability of teenagers, only that you have a character who tries to give an explanation that might seem to fit, and I actually think it adds something interesting to the show. It reminds me of mystery shows where you never get the answer in the end and are just left speculating about an open ending, haha. This anime is based on a light novel, each book is a story arc, and each of these has a different title, so it's usually referred to in English as the Rascal Does Not Dream series. In this first season, they decided to use the title of the first book, “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai,” but in this episode, the second book begins, titled “Rascal Does Not Dream of Petite Devil Kouhai.” In the first episode, we hear the ending sung by all the VAs, and at some point we'll hear that version again. In episodes 2 and 3, we had the version by Mai's VA, and in this episode, the version by Koga's VA. The character that appears in the visuals also changes. I love it when an anime does this, so I thought I'd mention it, haha. The extended version is great, I'm sure you'll like it. Sorry for the wall of text, lol.

LOL at your first point idk if I would say ignore the main plot, just the explanation lol. The actual plot is like, a literal physical representation of teenage angst lol

There's so much ultra cheesy romance stuff in here that would be too much for me if the main couple wasn't so likable lol. Like if I read the script I'd be like this shit way too sweet

"Sorry babe ur not gonna believe this but uh some other girl is having a supernatural response to her high school feelings and I'm the only one that can help her for some reason so i have to pretend to date her. Does it help if i say she reminds me of my sister?"

Avalon

New girl, new vocalist for the ending. Namely, the voice actress for her

yeah definitely don't blame you about the sciency shit, definitely an issue with the show and not with you haha. but the show is really enjoyable overall imo, that stuff doesn't really contribute anything meaningful, it's just they wanted to have some sort of explanation ig. Well, minus the science girl kinda providing ways to help him out of it or to be someone for him to bounce ideas off of, but the explanations themselves definitely leave something to be desired lol
