Sentenced to be a Hero

Rising of the Shield Hero S1 :)

Black Lagoon (dubbed)

Unbeknownst Man

I don't know where else I could recommend it, but I think you'd like The Legend of Vox Machina, voiced and created by the people at Critical Role.

👏 👏 👏 Satisfied with this ending. Got goosebumps when Eduard started singing. Even with this story's amazing art and plot progression, it still feels like it deserves more appreciation.

Jet Man

I'll still advocate for 'Devilman Crybaby' as the follow-up, but anything along the lines of a DnD style show is fine with me.

I wish there was a way that you could do a blanket homage video of the composition of the music in the media in general. Most selections are taken from the remastered, Super Castlevania 4, for the SNES and placed throughout the future media. This includes the popular Bloody Tears that is present in the animated feature. Kenichi Matsubara, Michiru Yamane, and more have made a major contribution to the musical portion of what has spanned decades.

As far a a replacement goes: Maybe try the rule of three thing that you did some time ago. I see some good recommendations. I'm still surprised that no one has mentioned the D&D-ish Akame ga Kill. Not to be confused with Kill la Kill.

Glad you added the not to be confused part LMAO , I was like waiiittttt

Blue Eyed Samurai if we're able to work out 40-60 minute long episodes. Super unique visuals, really great action, and insanely violent. Otherwise Black Lagoon for sure. And in dub of course.

Walt D

🤣🤣🤣 Yeah, it happens a lot. Akame ga Kill is about a naive young monster hunter who just wants to earn money for his town, and ends up in the middle of groups and political struggles.

Frizen

Something along the lines of this is "The Legend of Vox Machina", the show is based on the voice actors own D&D campaign as well.

CodeGlass

Warhammer 40k Pariah Nexus + the tithes. Very similar to castlevannia with the grim dark setting also pretty much the same as that one Warhammer 40k love death + robots episode. Just more story.

FpsRaptor

Hell's Paradise season 2 would be a good pick

Chrisman

Hells Paradise S2

Anorus

Scavengers Reign would be pretty cool english language content to get done at some point

akRomulus

Blue lock, let’s get some more sports anime appreciation 🙏

The Promised Neverland (only season 1)

Ancient Magus' Bride. Beautiful magic-centric story, with myths and lore based largely on European folklore. Lots of interaction with feys, faeries, mystical creatures, etc. The story focus on an abandoned mage-to-be, and an ancient inhuman mage. The apprentice learns the way of being a mage and relationship with the natural world, and the master learns the way of being a human and emotions. Internal struggles and relationship-building are also a big, big focus. The VA for the female lead plays Frieren. (Repost)
