Katso asked if it WASN'T over, and Pencilgon replied "no", meaning is WAS over. They directly translated the Japanese. In Japanese, it's well understood what "yes" and "no" mean in response to a negative question, so the meaning is clear. "It isn't over?" "No (it is over)". But obviously, in English, when answering a negative question like "It isn't over?", just saying "yes" is unclear. It could be "yes, it isn't over", or "yes, it is over". And if the answer is "no", it's even more confusing 😄 So, it's an accurate translation, but it is unclear. It may have been better to have the localization of the response be "it's over" instead of "no", even though "no" is what she literally said. Localization is such an interesting topic. One of the cool things about learning Japanese has been starting to be able to pick up on stuff like this.
