Wheewwwwwww things are getting a bit spicy with QifreyThat was a close call, but it seems like that is going to have some lingering effects I really like the idea of reverse engineering the magic to trace back to the origin.Obviously comes with some potential danger

re: your note-taking comment, as a point I only take handwritten notes for personal matters (ttrpg notes, game design ideas, etc etc) and only take digital notes for work stuff I have no attachment to. I have PILES of notebooks from the last 8 years of playing/running tabletop games alone. It just feels more real than a google doc or smth.

I have been really liking this series, I know nothing of this series so I am excited to see what comes next, but so far I have really liked the writing of having Qifrey pretty obviously trying to do everything himself, as well as having every one keep quiet about it, and it feels like every little bit keeps raising the temp, and now it really feels like we're going to boil over sooner than later, and Qifrey will probably be burned (which I think was a metaphor with him spilling the hot tea on himself)
