Love your analyses! Wanted to say that these are actually 3 seperate pieces with the same name, the person who put them together did not even put them in alphabetical order (Video plays Lucifer's Dance part B then part C then part A). Personally, these are some of Sagisu's best works, up there with Cometh the Hour part B. His work for this particular Bleach movie, Hell Verse, is phenomenal. This may be a hot take, but I find it even better than his latest work on the Thousand Year Blood War arc for Bleach.

the funny part is this is a shounen(aka show for children, though in this case teenage) ANIME, but this would 100% feel not out of place in a dantes inferno esq opera edit: i will also say that, having not seen an episode of bleach since i was a kid, and never seeing the episode with this, the music really REALLY sets the scene so much that i can tell whats going on in the scene with having never seen it, and its amazing second edit: ya, i was thinking it reminded me of something out of the hunch back of notre dame, the lighter part third edit: oh ya i forgot about the nightmare before Christmas, this would fit super well there as well
