So, as I understand it (watching alongside you) Caiman=Aikawa. Aikawa had been somehow changed into Caiman, problably through Ebisu, though this part kinda escapes me. This episode seems to imply that Caiman attacked Nikaido during season 1 (inside the tunnels or whatever it was). No idea why yet. The last part of this episode I understood as some kind of afterlife/purgatory or crossing between life and death. It seems like people turn up there in the state they died (?). At least that would explain guys without heads and parts of the torso. In the last scene the dead (?) guy seems to imply to Aikawa, that Risu had been dead for too long and it changed him when resurrecter (or at least when his soul (?) left Aikawas/Caimans dead body). Aikawa died just a moments ago so he should be fine after the resurrection. Though I am no sure if he is being resurrected by the former devil (forgot his name, but probably not him as he mentions he had only enough power to take/teleport Aikawa with him) or someone else.
