Yea Ainz is very much aligned towards his people and in extension, the people he’s using and those ragtag adventurers barely met the criteria for the most part. However, when he found their bodies he did say it was slightly displeasing, so when he spends his time around people and “graces” them with his presence, someone killing them is a small kinda jab towards him. The basic logic is, if you’re with him you’re good, if not prepare for hell. Then the inside joke that I love of Clementine being like “nah I own magic casters pretty easily” meanwhile Ainz is pretending to be a class he has no experience in and he’s just like “Ah, interesting you say that.” We also get this episode one of my favorite things about Overlord’s rendition of the OP character, the planning and strategy. Constantly wondering if the opponent is stronger, not wanting to give away anything when in most cases he could just not take any precautions and probably still be fine because of his strength. That ideal is such a key part ingrained in Overlord as a series and I love every bit of it. The mind games coming from someone as if he’s always facing another player is great to see.

Clementine's voice actor is the same as Maomao and Tanya. Such a good VA.

Jet Man

The levels of psycho on Clementine are so unapologetic. We've seen psychos before, but this instance feels slightly different. Makes me wonder if the light novels ever go over her backstory. Like if she grew up in a gang or her parents just didn't hug her enough. I only ever checked out the light novel for material covered in season 2 and 3.

Magikarp

im not sure if anyone has said it before but we have character sheets for the characters that were released with the light novels

I like that in a fantasy world, a cemetery has a big ass wall with guards around it. That's some Konosuba levels of awareness for the setting you're in.

Tocs The Wanderer

The VA for the hamster also did Aisha, that amazoness woman in Danmachi. She's also done side characters in Code Geass, Attack on Titan, and Konosuba, but Aisha is probably why she sounds familiar to you right now.
