Many years ago we developed the Precious Plastic Injection machine. The machine worked good but for some application the hand lever just wasn't enough. 

For this reason some people in the community, aka Tallers Esferica, started working on a arbor press design for the injection machine to allow for greater pressure and higher definition/precision for the final products. The arbor design replaces the hand level with a flywheel. 

Then people started replicating their designs and now multiple workspaces use the arbor press design for the recycling businesses. However, no one has been able to fully open source the designs for various reasons. 

For this reason we started to design an Arbor Press ourselves to gather the learning from the community and share it with the world so many more people can replicate them. Make sure to WATCH THE VIDEO ✌️

I reached out to Dave when the phonebloks video was going viral and tried to convince the team to try out a concept of instant open collaboration. To this day, open source is missing out on possible technology for instant open collaboration that automates creating 3D virtual replicas of every new design and each step as the prototypes evolve, for everyone to easily copy & paste the new invention at any point in its journey. Back then I had talked with Dave's partner or assistant by email and don't know if Dave ever got the message. But now years later I've dived further into starting such a platform for open collaboration and it's difficult enough with my amateur skills in outreach + tech and with working so many jobs to pay for getting the dream going while barely any time to sleep in between jobs. So still finding my footing, which is obvious if you search Localverse with my name. Have spent over $45,000 over 10 years getting to this point, and the bare progress is a reflection of my amateur tech and other skills. A strong dream is all that's keeping it all going. It shouldn't be one person working mostly alone on something like this. Such a platform would absolutely help Precious Plastic and all sorts of open projects and open companies. I understand if Dave cannot spare a moment, your village is a worthy project that's also time consuming. So how can you help that wouldn't distract your own mission? Gonna make a one minute video to go viral like Phonebloks did in order to grow a tribe. All I'm asking is for an opportunity: to please share the video once when it's ready.

Sounds look a cool idea Marino. But indeed complex to make! But it's also not easy to make a Viral video. hehe. Would reccomend to share it in the Discord channel so you can get some feedback as well. Very helpful Good luck!
