I want to make a sexy trans OC for BBI, any suggestion? I want them to be mobile so it’s easier to draw them over and over but they can have extreme proportions.

What are your suggestions?

A bottom heavy elf with non-human skin and hair coloration. She still has large breasts and package, but they don't outshine her rear. Wears a futuristic business jacket with skirt. Carries herself in a very sexy and confident manner, but is also hapless. Optionally, her haplessness results in her getting turned into blueberry and she finds herself having to be vigorously juiced after each incident.

so a fat trans woman, with a massive ass, large boobs and dick/balls, and is prone to inflate into a blueberry due to a condition? and i'm guessing she needs to have her dick juiced for hours when it happens?

Really tall girl (at least 7 feet tall) with decently big ass and thighs, not hyper but would just meet qualification as SSBBW size. Her biggest asset is her belly, which sticks out far and hangs low enough to hide her knees. Since she is so tall, she doesn't have to worry about her gut reaching the floor. Her balls are grapefruit-size big. Her dick is as thick as her forearm but long enough hang lower than her belly, so it's always peeking out if you look at her from the front. Breasts are something to brag about, fat and heavy enough to hide the top of her 3 rolls. So altogether, her shape is matronly with alot of weight in front. Her long slender neck and arms exaggerate just how much fat has piled on the fun places on her body. Maybe she is an elf? I would say dark skin, but it might be more fun if she starts pale and can tan super easy to the point of getting very dark brown. This way there's never a set skin color for her, whatever feels the sexiest for the moment is possible. Her blonde hair is usually long and straight, but she can style and dye it. She dresses nice even with her exotic proportions, even able to fit lingerie around her widest areas. Pair her with fairly average women who like being sat on by, squashed by, or exploring her body.

That sounds about right, though perhaps she could start with a (relatively) thinner waist, giving her more room to grow? Her condition could be anything from an allergy to being accident prone, or even being a bloo-magnet. Oh, and yes, hours of juicing are required, with particular attention paid to stimulating her backdoor so every last drop is squeezed out.
