There's nothing like some good ol' fashioned gay monster smut. The Monstrous series by Lily Mayne is fantastic. I've only read the first four, but loved them all. The men feel very much like real, gay men. The whole series feels very masc and has a fast-paced post-apocalyptic plot.

I'm a sucker for a broody sad boy with a traumatic past, and this book has TWO broody sad boys with traumatic pasts. It's basically catnip. I would suggest reading them in order. Edin can technically be read as a stand alone, but it's much more fun if you know the characters from book one.
