October Suggestion Box (Patreon)

Does that mean spooky season mean SPOOKIN'? Ghosts? Draco/ Moaning Mrytle? Vampires and monsters? Costumes? What ideas do you have?

Give me suggestions for pairings, themes, tags, ships, books - whatever you want to see me draw. I'll take suggestions and put them up as a poll. Suggestion box closes October 5 and the poll goes up October 6.

SAG-AFTRA and WGA have asked that artists, podcasters and influencers not promote any content from struck companies. They are NOT asking us to cancel our streaming services (hold onto that card for later and play it when we need it), only that we do not promote these works until we win fair wages, fair working conditions, and future stability.

This strike affects all of us, not just because we love stories and art, but because historically, Hollywood strikes set the tone for other labor unions. We are stronger when we support each other and together we will fight for the world we deserve.

So in solidarity, I won't be drawing any property from a struck company. Fanart acts as promotion (which is good; I love when people read/watch something because they saw my art!) and they won't get my promotion until they sign fair contracts.

I will still draw most HP fandom content. My characters are pretty far removed from the movie canon and don't promote the movies. I won't draw any scenes directly from the movies.

I WON'T draw art for TV shows and movies (i.e. Harry Potter movies, RW&RB, Star Wars, Avatar the Last Airbender, Star Trek, etc.)

I WILL draw art for fandoms, books, comics, and original work (i.e. Fourth Wing, A Court of Thorns and Roses, The Tarot Sequence, anything by Katheryn Moon or Sierra Simone, anything from the Monstrous series  by Lily Mayne, Cambric Creek, A Door in the Dark, Light from Uncommon Stars, This is How You Lose the Time War, A Taste of Gold and Iron, Folk of the Air, and more)

Edit 9/29 to add: WGA won their strike! Writers will have a future without AI, humane working conditions and fair wages! SAG-AFTRA will continue striking, but hopefully not for much longer. If the strike ends this month, I'll go back to drawing the previously struck properties.
