Danny Arbaugh

Yikes. That's scary and awkward for you. Hopefully they patched things up before she left!

Anonymous

i hope it all works out... :/

Joan Carrión

Too many things not confrontanted between them... I guess that they have to lighten up a bit what they have in the bacpacks...

Thank you, Tee. I'm not worried, after all, it's his sister.

C.Amaury

Family issue 🤷🏻‍♂️ it's will soften don't worry 😉

song
>>5741203

That's how I feel as well. There's need to be more communication between them. Well... not much I can do actually.

song

Thank you, Amaury. I feel the same, after all she's Joe's family. I can't image he stays mad at her forever.

Marc Guo

It's quite awkward i think. However, my concern is that Joe agree to let you draw a comic about his family matters? Pls, do not get yourself in some trouble because of that.

Frank

You can feel the tension perfectly well so compliments for your drawings

His family is not going to read my comics, and there's nothing to be shame about the conflict between them. Not all family members get along.

Thank you very much, François. I was there and it felt like a war. I never saw Joe shouting so loudly.

Wesley Zhou

This is Intense. But I like it

song

Thank you, Zhou. It was intense, and to be honest, it was not fun at all for me.

petherbcl

I know what it's like. My boyfriend and his mother fight sometimes and it's awkward wen I'm there and I just can be looking and watching.

song

That's how I feel as well. I want to say something nice to calm them down, but I'm also afraid to get involved, so I just shut up and watch. XD

Andrew King

I'm not sure a cold beer will help at this point

cakecake

How awful :/ coming out of the closet is a very private and personal matter. It doesn't matter if the parents don't know yet as this is Joe's choice. I feel very sad about this. Siblings shouldn't fight so dirty 😢

Francois B.

Je suis d'accord avec le dernier commentaire. C'etait vraiment le coup en dessous de la ceinture ! I give you both a hug.

William Deutsch

You're correct, it's verbal sparring which is so much like boxing. The sad thing is that it can be as harmful as actual boxing. I hoping it not as bad as it looks

David Proby

This has been me and my sister always bringing up old past, but at the end of day, we apologize and hug it out. And my dad and his girlfriend fight quite a bit and I stay completely out of it. Hope Joe and Julie fully calmed down after that

Brendan Sumasar

I pray it gets better. Times like those, emotions are running high. I hope they can get past this.

Iskandar

It must have been so awkward for you! 😫 On a side note, I'm in love with how elegant Joe's sister's hands are drawn here!

Edgar

So, how did the story end? Did she leave with anger or they sit down and have some cold beers 🍻 :p

song
>>5742377

Thank you very much, Rach. To be clear, Julie has no problem of her brother being gay, she just doesn't like the fact that Joe didn't tell the family the truth for a long time. Of course now they all accept us with open arms.

song

Merci beaucoup, François. Sur le coup, c'est un peu surprenant, mais on ne peut pas prendre des paroles au sérieux, surtout pendant une dispute. Derrière, je sais qu'elle est plutôt une fille gentille.

Anonymous

Oh...it's a one of the most awkward situations😅 By the way, you changed your haircut again?

song
>>5743067

Thank you, William. The words can really hurt someone, especially she knows him so well and she knows his weakness. Julie probably knows Joe better than I do. I feel a little bit helpless in this situation. There's not much I can do to help their relationship.

song
>>5744432

Thank you very much, David. Like you said, at the end of day, she's still family and we had to find a way to make peace. They did make an effort to reconcile at the end, but I feels some cracks underneath, which worries me.

song
>>5746998

Well, Joe shouted at her and she cried and Joe made an effort to make peace with Julie at the end. However, I feel some words they said to each other might be hard to forget. Anyway, it was not fun.

Chris

Woo that young lady is not a match for Joe haha 😂

Eric Closs

And what about this cold beer I'm hearing about? 🍻😘🇨🇦

Edgar
>>5746998

Sorry to hear that. I know it's depressing when you see your lover's dark side

Matthew

Did Joe fix his teeth?

CDM

oye... family drama...

Malik M.L. Williams

Whoa. It's like watching my sister and me from another reality.
