Game Demo Download (Build 0.0.3E) (Patreon)

I'm proud to say that, this is the best build so far, the newly added functions really make the gameplay more fun and more challenging.

Note: The game is only playable with an XBox controller.

I decided to give up the support for keyboard players, I mean, I might be wrong, but I really don't see anyone who actually play a beat em up game with keyboard. So for this build, I only code the support for gamepad. And some new functions, like the Running or Dash are only available with a controller.

That being said, there're quite a few changes.

 Now all the magic attacks use the same controller input, which is "right - down - left" + "X"/"Y". It's the same as the fire ball input in street fighter. To alter the magic attack you use, you need to press the button "RT". And you can recogniz different magic attacks with the icon on the left side of the health bar at the bottom of the screen.

More visual effects to make the combat more dynamic.

  Simply push the left stick to make Lolo walk / run.

When Lolo's running, his jump distance increases.

Also add the "Dash" function by pressing "B" button. (note: Dash won't give you immunity to enemy's attack, but it allows you to move faster)

  Add water based magic attacks. It's very fun to play with it. Just make sure you test it with both the X and Y buttons to see the different variation of the attack, it'll make you more versatile against skeleton solider's quick attacks.

 - Add the protecting wind. ( right-down-left + Y) Very useful attack.

Be aware, there're still a lot of bugs, but I tried my best to improve the game, so please be patient with me.

So far, Lolo is the only character I worked on. Hopefully I'll have time to make other characters better in the future.
