They are very good to your health, especially cruciferous vegetable family: cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts etc.

I am on veggie mode lately. Cauliflower and chickpea hamburgers, broccoli, asparagus.... lost 6 kilos in one month 😄. But if he wants marrons glacés, there you have his present (my sister used to give me one box for my birthday) 😋

Veggies are great but I think Nico like me doesn’t like to have people remind me I need to be on a diet and deny me something. Take it easy. He might be a little sensitive.

He's a sensitive flower for sure, but it's not healthy to avoid eating veggies at all, I have to be a little cruel sometimes telling him the truth he doesn't want to hear.
