Sometimes you don’t have to follow the recipe exactly, that’s something I learned from my dad when he was in culinary school 🤷🏿‍♂️

hahaha, for someone who religiously follows recipes, I can totally understand Joe. but sometimes I like to play around with the ingredients and experiment, which makes home cooking more fun and adventurous

I can be just as picky as Joe sometimes. But lately have started let go of that and use what I and like. It works sometimes. As a Julia Child says. Mistakes are how you learn. My mistakes though are not really that bad. Am a pretty good cook. Some day Joe will ease up on all this.

I’m with you Song! I’d try Lemon in the absence of lime it’s citrus at the end of the day and desserts are my speciality! 🍨🍋😊 Worse still you could have suggested pineapple (again) 😂
