There's no better way to put it: I hate hate HATE that Joe always checks his phone when we watch a movie together! Boundary has to be set for the "us" time! 😤

We have to take back the power the phones got on us. We can set Airplane Mode. We can shut off notifications that are not important (seriously, Instagram likes or worst games notifications can wait). We are the users. Not the slaves. Only if we act.
