One thing to remember, don't use words in your insult that have been appropriated by your side. The word "nasty" was appropriated by women when Trump used it to refer to Hillary, so smelly, inflamed, disease-ridden, or any number of other terms would have been a better choice. Though I do agree with Alex that while venting is always good, you don't want to bring it down to their level.
