These scandalous videos are all over Twitter and Youtube right now. Several disturbing videos posted to social media last Sunday show a man being violently dragged off a United Airlines plane out of Chicago after the company said they needed his seat for its crew. The man was screaming as security personnel pry him out of his chair, causing his head to bash against an armrest. He’s then dragged down the aisle on his back as horrified witnesses film on their phones and scream out in disgust.

I was upset watching these videos. The way how United Airlines treated their customer is absolutely unacceptable, it’s a violation against customer rights and human rights. What makes me even sadder is the CEO of this company showed no remorse or sympathy for the victim. The company CEO released a statement on Twitter apologizing for having to “re-accommodate these customers.” Well, He basically just said “ we did what we need to do to deal with the situation”, again, no apology, no sincerity whatsoever.

That’s why I decide to make a little free publicity for United Airline. I heard this scandalous company has been spending a lot of money on advertising itself. Well, here’s my little contribution. You’re welcome, United Airline.

I looooooove that you use your art to share important messages like this and to share things that are important to you. Great work on this as always! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is not the first time things happened to this shitty company. I have never seen any thing like this in European airlines ever.

The CEO also won an award for communicator of the year... Which only adds more to this chaos. Along with them not allowing a custom made expensive guitar where they just mercilessly drag in the ground and toss it around till it break. And they are refusing to pay for damages.

song

Thank you, Alex. I do believe in doing the right thing as an artist. And an unfortunate event like this needs more awareness. The airlines can't treat their customers like this.

I heard about the news about those girls wearing leggings were forced to leave their plane. It's scandalous what United Airlines did. I wish more people would take action against these violence and injustice.

song

Thank you, Andrew. All bad things grow from the roots. The reason why similar bad things keeps happening is completely the fault of their direction and their CEO. It's really upsetting.

And still nothing will really change, the lawsuit will settle at some high recompensation price, and people will be using this airline, because they are cheap shits. People get worked up about stuff like that, but in the long run they will always choose the cheapest service, no matter how bad they are treated :-)

song

Thank you, mrcookarr. Despite of my anger, I have to agree with you. The company might not be touched after all these infamous events. But it's still the right thing to do to expose these injustice. We might have no power to change United Airline, but doing the right thing is the right thing. And if everyone we love does the right thing, we might be able to change things a little bit.

This was my favorite airline. So sad. How far they have fallen.

song

Thank you, Danny. It's really sad and unfortunate. I do hope they can change their CEO and respect their passengers more in the future.

I tried to fly United once from Heathrow to Washington DC. The plane broke. The next day another plane broke and we were offloaded after three hours sitting in the plane on the tarmac. We never got to Washington and to be honest I was quite relieved. The staff were more interested in chatting to each other and looked very scruffy, AND they wanted me to swipe my credit card to use the inflight entertainment while being delayed. (In fairness their Heathrow ground crew were as helpful as they could possibly be). They have a terrible reputation; have you seen this video? https://youtu.be/5YGc4zOqozo.

Thank you for sharing your story, Andrew. I'm sorry to hear that. It is confirmed again that United Airlines has bad stuff going on in their business. And the song came out in 2009, why is this company still doing the same thing and if it's not worse... throwing humans out of their plane. I'm frankly speechless.

Joseph Wong

I was so pissed off by this. What's even worse is that their CEO doesn't even have little intention of apologizing. Urgh, they fking disgust me.

song

Thank you, Joseph. That part also makes me sad. I think people are willing to forget and forgive if UA gave a sincere apology and make some big changes in services. However, they just don't seem to care.
