In Fallout 3 and 4 the dogs are named Dogmeat. In New Vegas the dog is named Rex🙂

As soon as they mentioned a vault run by scientists, I knew where it was going 😂 You need the socially well-adjusted people too. I'm glad they didn't mess up that poor vault any more than they did, and I'm crossing my fingers for a happy ending where Max and Lucy get to live comfortably in vault 33. I mean experiment or not, that place was pretty nice.

The Ghoul chain smoked as a human. They've made a point to show him chain smoking across multiple episodes. Either they are marketing cigarettes (even in this day it happens) or maybe it is the chain smoking and the chemicals that saturated his body that either allowed him to become a ghoul or somehow aided him in his longevity as a ghoul.
