If youre not doing marvel TV Shows I would finish the marvel movies and not do DC. the live-action DC universe is not very good. They are resetting it right now so theres no point in starting DC until the new generation is more established. Random movies would be best for me personally.

Eternal was okay, everything after though is junk. Wouldn’t mind you randomly doing a DC movie like Aquaman or any of the Superman films but I agree with your thought on being able to do sporadic movies so you can get more content out!

Nolan' Batman. Just three movies. Very worth it. There is plenty of other DC stuff you can check out as well, but it's more tied together with other movies. They tried to create something similar to the MCU but mostly failed😅

I completely understand your decision and respect your choice ! I will have to end my patreon journey here though as the MCU is what brought me in and only thing i really waited for each week. It was a great ride while it lasted and highly enjoyed it, sad to see it end early especially before even GoTG 3 or BP 2 but i'm not oblivious as to why this choice was made. Have you done Guardians of The galaxy 3? If not that should set you up for future Marvel Movies and perhaps when you have the time the Show Loki will also be a good one to start after you finish other shows. Eternals can wait as I don't really think we it you can appreciate it till marvel finishes their next big Avengers movie. Thor: Love and Thunder can also wait. Also, instead of DC (like other have stated they are going thru a reboot so that can wait) you can do Invisible, it's on Amazon, a much better show than whatever DC has right now, but you need to finish your current shows line up before going into that. With the new movie release of Finals Destination: Bloodlines, you can explore the Final Destination Movie Series.

I hated eternals. I'm okay with moving on with Marvel except I still recommend you doing the two spiderverse movies. They are animated but they are very good. Guardians of the galaxy 3 is actually a good MCU movie tho. The good DC live action movies are the Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy starting with Batman begins. The other good DC live action movies are man of steel, (superman) and wonder woman. Other than that list you don't really need to check out any other live action DC films. Random movies would be awesome too.

I get it. Looks like they are finally fixing the MCU with the newest movie and the ones about to be released next year but yeah most of the remaining movies will leave a sour taste in your mouth when compared to the other films in the past. GoG vol 3 is still one you should watch. And eternals is a movie you will enjoy from a eye candy/ cinematography perspective but the story is meh. Regarding shows. I personally think the few to watch were Loki and Wanda vision but never expected them to take a different day. I assumed it would be like 1 or 2 episodes on Monday instead of a marvel movie. But if DC is in the conversation that's tricky. I feel like you'd only consider the live action which quite frankly aren't good. With the exception of the Batman films released in the 2000s til present. But if DC is the move. I think the DC animated movie universe (DCAMU) is the actual good movie verse to see. But I understand cartoons aren't everyone's cup of tea. (But seriously they are so much better than the DCU/Snyder verse)

Even if you don’t do the whole DC universe of movies, you’ve definitely got to do The Dark Knight trilogy from Christopher Nolan. These were made before the DC series of movies started being made.

Definitely DC. I'd love, love some DC. Not everyone likes everything from DC but that's their opinion, you should watch and decide for yourself. The older Batman movies, save the first one (1989), aren't very good but again that's my opinion. The Dark Knight trilogy is a must: Batman Begins 2005, The Dark Knight 2008, The Dark Knight Rises 2012. Superman: The Movie (1978) is a must watch. Then on to DC Extended Universe: Man of Steel (2013) Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) Wonder Woman (2017) Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021) Not the 2017 Joss Whedon version The rest are meh but up to you if you want to watch them.

The only show worth watching is Loki and even that is meh. Marvel ruined themselves after Endgame. I feel like you should do the Christopher Nolan Library.

Go back to regular movies. You can always mix in the Batman's and The Spiderverse animated movies. The rest of the traditional superhero movies are pretty mid

Honestly the only marvel thing left that you would definitely like is the daredevil & punisher series but totally understand you not wanting another one. Definitely Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy. Most Batman movies are pretty good including older and most recent, but besides that DC movies are awful. Eternals isn't great but it looks really nice

Same. I may consider staying on if he does a DC movie run though. Peacemaker would be a fun show for him but the no more shows rule isn’t a big deal

Ok, other than Guardians 3 , be done with Marvel. I would love to see you react to The Punisher films , but that's another time. The DC Animated films are top notch films. Don't let the fact that they are animated fool you. They all have connecting stories and they are almost all less than 2 hrs..(usually 78-95 min) Oh , and the watch order is very easy to follow along with. And a HUGE yes to the live action Nolan Batman trilogy. However , looking at it from a content volume perspective , leave the MCU AND DCU alone for a while and go to requested movies. That way we could get monday movie , tuesday-thursday TV , and 1 more movie for the weekend. (friday , saturday , or sunday) Thanks for the update , and for actually being transparent with us Sir. Marvel is a bootleg version of dc. Made more for kids and for comedy. You should at least watch the main dc movies like the Darkknight ones and man of steel, wonderwoman, wonderwoman 1984, batman vs superman and justice league. You already did Watchmen but i wouldn't worry about the rest besides those i listed. Don't have to do them now i like the odd movies but eventually down the road maybe.

I would absolutely love the switch over to DC. I'm not familiar with how many movies there are. All I seen was super man and justice league snyder cut. Also suicide squad both movies. Haven't seen any batman's but id watch with you.

Marvel : - two animated Spider-Man movies are incredible - Daredevil 3 seasons ( god tier ) and punisher is pretty good - guardians of the galaxy 3 Dc : - Dark night trilogy is a must - The Batman ( 2022 ) , then the show ( The penguin ) is phenomenal I would say those are the only movies / series that are worth watching , the rest are mid . Marvel is slowly making a comeback btw

DC is the definition of another direction lol but if you looking for must watch its just bat trilogy by Nolan and Batman 22 the first wonder woman only then its all animated speaking of which animated spider verse movies are really entertaining and are marvel adjacent since SONY has partial rights to spiderman

I'd just love to see more quality movies, and comicbook adaptations aren't necessarily the place to find that. Like classics and critically acclaimed films that would be interesting to hear your photographer's opinion on. Lawrence of Arabia inspired Dune (The Dune book series was inspired by the autobiography of Laurence of Arabia, and the LoA movie inspired Villeneuve who directed the new Dune movies,) and is considered the best movie ever made by several famous directors, Tron: Legacy is really visually interesting, and it would be nice to watch Dr Sleep (the Shining sequel) before you forget the first movie. And as always, hoping we'll have a slot for miniseries once there's a free slot for TV shows.

Oh, and if you watch the Batman movies, I'd highly recommend The Mask of Zorro 1998. One of the last great adventure movies with practical effects and stunts. Batman was based on Zorro.
