Just finished last week's episode, feel like I'm getting spoiled. You know how I know Mr. L. Boyd is a highly regimented and disciplined man? Because he can just watch one episode of the Soprano's a week instead of binging them all in one go. 👌 That takes a rock-solid dude.

When Christopher and Silvio told Tony they intended to pay a bigger percentage to the union and Custom's guys on the esplanade project, Tony told them he'd have to do a "go-see" with all the other concerned parties on the civilian side, which he was trying to avoid. I didn't know what a "go-see" was, so I looked it up: it's typically related to modeling, and it's when a client meets with a model to determine their suitability for a job. In context, I think Tony meant that he'd have to meet with all the other civillian conspirators to ensure they'll still cooperate if the Customs and union heads were getting a bigger payoff. I'll bet Mr. L. Boyd already knew that because of his work, but I thought I'd share with the class.

I apologize for leaving three comments like a douche, but I had to say "penissary contact with her vulva" is probably the very best Tony-ism of the entire series.

Tonight's Episode - Mergers And Acquisitions So this is yet another with some amazing acting by Tony Sirico (Paulie) When he' on , I just can't help but smile: ] Something I really love about this episode it the overall tone of it. I think you'll enjoy it Sir: ] Checklist Time - Fatty rolled and ready - Beer freezer cold - Smokes and Zippo - Check Back again to Mr.LBoyd's favorite place , Jersey!! Peace " Ask me a question. " So, what do you do? I'm into, uh, well, murders and executions, mostly. Do you like it? Well, it depends. Why? Well, most guys I know who are in Mergers and Acquisitions really don't like it." Annnd we're done!!!! Another great reaction Sir!! A Fun Fact - Joe Pantoliano (Ralph) appeared in The Fugitive (1993), the movie that Tony watches in one scene. Ok, so I would LOVE to have Tony's Home Theater "Cave"! (BTW , he fell asleep listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon.: ]) Carm freaking about money is one of the very few things I dislike about her character. And what will Furio do when/if he comes back??? I will say , with no spoilers , that we are five episodes to the end of the season , and it's gonna get spicy: ] I am really glad you enjoyed the episode Sir: ] Can't wait ta see what the weekend movie will be! Ok , so Request Time again!! Goin with a movie much less reacted to than it deserves. Sling Blade - 1996 - Written , Directed , and Staring Billy Bob Thornton - A simple man hospitalized since his childhood murder of his mother and her lover, is released to start a new life in a small town. 1 Academy Award (Best Screenplay) , and 13 other wins at film festivals. A straight up amazing film!! I hope it will make the list Sir: ] Peace

Completely understand Carmela’s concern with her financial future, considering that Tony is in a lethal line of work, has previously been shot, is highly secretive when she asks him about their finances, and is a serial liar.

Yes! For a few reasons, it’s a fabulous line. It’s hilarious that Tony is trying to speak delicately about sex to Dr. Melfi, as if he hasn’t previously called her a f**king c**t.
