Lesssgooo! Way up there on my list! Excellent excellent excellent film sir

Scott Asher

We watch a lot of movies on this channel, this is a Film. They don't make dude's like Clint Eastwood anymore. The silent, reluctant, gritty hero! Also, Morgan Freeman is a National Treasure, the man played God and was believable. Then we have the most underrated actor of the 20th Century, Gene Hackman! What a film!

Scott Asher

I've seen this movie a dozen times and never realized his dead wife of 3 years was only 29. I see you Clint, Playa!

Now I have to play Red Dead Redemption 2 again. Jim "Boy" Calloway's gunslinger arch was a direct ripoff of this film. Love it!

Hot Damn!!! Western time: ] This is in my Top 5 Westerns of all time. , and my second favorite Gene Hackman film. (The Quick And The Dead is #1 A criminally underrated film IMO.) And I am sure you'll love this film love film Sir. It's an amazing film all around. I honestly don't recall ever hearing anyone say they did not like this one. And 1 cool fun fact - In 2004, Unforgiven was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being deemed "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." Ok, Checklist Time!! - Fatty rolled and ready - Check - Eatables eaten - Check - Smokes and Zippo - Check. Let's saddle up , an head out for Big Whiskey! Peace

Very well said Sir. 100% agree. BTW , Hackman was the voice of God in the 1982 film Two Of A Kind. Uncredited though; ] Peace

Annnd we're done! Great reaction Sir! I knew you would love the camera work and story. There's a reason this won 4 Oscars. It's an amazing film. And for Eastwood , it was a perfect way to say goodbye to Westerns. Oh , and it was shot around Calgary , Canada , and shot in only 39 days, coming in four days ahead of schedule. And the town was built in just 32 days.: ] Thanks so much for another awesome reaction: ] I'll end with 2 favorite Fun Facts for this one. - Richard Harrison was home watching High Plains Drifter when Eastwood called to offer him the part of English Bob , and he initially thought it was a prank. - Eastwood dedicated this film to both Sergio Leone and Don Seigel who were his two mentors. Looking forward to seeing what shows up on Friday's Poll already; ] Peace

We have really had some great films as of late. This one is one of my favorites. Can not say enough of Clint, and the great Gene. One of Genes, in my opinion, best roles was in Mississippi Burning. Love Love Love this reaction. Thanks guys for voting this one in!

Will Munny is the unforgiven. He thought his wife had changed him and wiped his sins clean but the man hadn't really changed. Just hibernated. And his sins were too great to be forgiven. And yes, argument could be made that EVERYONE is Unforgiven. All bad. The whores wanted the two guys dead. Did they deserve death. No. jail? Sure. Definitely a western with no hero. No real protagonist.
