IMPORTANT UPDATE! (Patreon)

PATREON RESTRUCTURING / TIER UPGRADE:

Hello Everyone! And Happy New Year!

A new year means new possibilities and making improvements upon the old ones. One of the things that I’ve been thinking about for a while is optimizing and simplifying the Patreon experience. So after much deliberation and planning, I have decided to make a single tier that hosts all of the updates, content, and features.

This $10 tier will be known as the Knights of Patreon.

With this singular tier, everyone who joins will have access to all of the Patreon posts and content, which will encourage a more dynamic and engaging space. This came after noticing the slightly disorienting process of determining which content to post and for which tier, ultimately interrupting the creativity and output of content. I think having it available to all Patreon supporters under one tier, in one place, will remedy that.

SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO, WILL?

Naturally, I can’t change your tier for you. But all you have to do is edit your membership and select to join the “Knights of Patreon” tier. That’s it!

For Arch Wizards, you will essentially be paying less for all of the benefits you currently have and then some. On top of that, you will still be supporting me tremendously!

For Noble Knights, Noble Friends, and Noble Paupers, you would be paying more than your current tier but you will also have access to much more content and features— and you’ll be supporting me even more! I know the difference in cost is not something everyone will be able to afford so please know that I completely understand if you’re unable to make the change. Regardless of your decision I truly appreciate all of the support you’ve been able to give me so far.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE, WILL?

Hopefully a full lifespan. But in regards to Patreon:

You have until the 30th of January to make the switch.

Those who do not make the switch by then will continue to support from their last pledged tier price until they discontinue their patronage or switch to the new tier. Until that date arrives, the current tiers will be unlisted and content will slowly transition to the “Knights of Patreon” tier. So, please take the 3 minutes to make the switch so your patronage will not be interrupted!

It has been an absolute honor having all of your support this past year. Your patronage is what has allowed me to be here today and I know it would not have been possible otherwise.
