I like to think at first, Loona didn't accept Blitzo. I doubt Blitzo was the first person to adopt her, he was just the one that could put up with her. I like to think she acted aloof with Blitzo because she didn't want to get attached to him. I like to think she was afraid he might hurt her and abandon her like others might've.
