Dang, I was not expecting so much of the FF Cinematic universe to come together here, but it was really cool to see. Seeing Alyssa appear as well as mention of the Female Dominion really made this feel like a, well, climatic send off for such a long series. I admit, aside from Hair Trigger and Minigun, I didnt read the other Preemie stories till now. They're not really my speed, but I'm glad reading them gave me the context to more fully enjoy this final chapter. It's really cool that Preemie turns out to be one of the jobbers from F4, all of this amounting to a surprisingly deep (but welcome) backstory for Johnny. Makes me all the more excited to see the upcoming comic with Scarlet. Poor guy needs a happy ending, but the way Alyssa took care of him here was also really sweet and much needed. I think the coolest thing about reading this is, as you've pointed out on the server, it really does feel like your current style is facing and critiquing your old style (represented by Alyssa vs Domina). It definitely shows how much you've grown and developed as a writer, particularly with a more nuanced understanding of being a sub and healthy dynamics with a dom. The story was obviously fantastical, but it also felt pretty damn real in some ways too (like the "physical stimulation is only part of the equation" line.).

Funny thing. I remember you at one point making the comparison between Johnny and this old protag... suffice it to say, I've had this story kicking around for a while. I knew I never gave this guy a name despite him being a memorable character, so I saw my chance to be sneaky I think even at the time, Preemie's Peril was too harsh for its own good, they weren't particularly popular. I'd remembered them being brutal on its protag, but re-reading it recently in preparation for this, his plight was even sadder than I thought. I felt bad for how much I ended up putting that character through. The idea of Preemie's Peril initially actually was to push him towards a happy ending of a sort. It was meant to be building to Domina successfully teaching him to be a sub and give in to masochism, to enjoy the humiliation rather than suffer it. It's a similar conceit to a lot of these stories, the girl slowly pushing the guy into admitting he enjoys the domming, but taken to it's logical extreme with probably the most unwilling guy I've had in that role. Since there wasn't much interest I just kinda stopped making the chapters, I think one of my writing lulls might've started around that time. In time, looking back on it, I realized that I didn't really want Domina to be right and that this wasn't a proper ending for him. What he really needed, was someone like Scarlet... but that's for its own day. Getting my MMD OCs integrated into stories feels like a long-time coming, it's something I'd wanted to break the ice on for a while anyway and this sorta eases into that. Basically this story was just waiting for the Gabby fight to wrap up, I felt pretty cute posting this and then putting up the cover for the next issue of the comic a couple of hours later And mind you, not only is this a crossover of a long running story with the Scarlet comics, but this has its roots in a UFG fanfic. So it has that as part of the universe too, and I figured if it was gonna be a crossover special, might as well go all in, so the person who ended up saving him from Domina turned out to be Alyssa, who reveals her roots in the Dominion. Making all these connections is just fun honestly

Lol, very sneaky indeed. Well played, FF. Well played. Yeah, that makes sense. Compared to your other old stuff, the Preemie stories felt like a noticeable shift. Honestly, I still rather like Hair Trigger and Minigun, at least. The girls’ attitudes are a bit more cruel than I’d like (though, to me, it kinda makes sense for Selene’s case), but I do really like how much they’re able to make him cum with ease, as to me it shows how irresistibly sexy they are. I guess I would’ve just preferred it if they found it less pathetic and ridicule-worthy and more flattering and endearing, even if that is a bit cheesier or wish-fulfillment-y. Regardless, even those two stories were pretty tame compared to the actual Preemie stories. Like you said, it just feels unsettling to see a protag so unwilling get treated so cruelly, especially when he kept to himself most of the time. It might’ve felt more satisfying if he had brought it all on himself to make it feel more “justice dom-y”, like maybe if he behaved like the villain of your ntr-reversal story. But in this case it felt like kicking someone while he was down, implying that the sexual satisfaction would lead to emotional satisfaction even when there’s nothing to be emotionally satisfied about. I definitely saw that classic FF conceit in Domina. She had a point that Johnny needed to learn to embrace his sub side rather than be shamed by it. It’s just that, well, she was a dick about it. Like you said, she had the logic down (albeit taken to the extreme), but she didnt have the empathy to meet him where he was, making his time with her more cruel than enlightening. In another time, place, or story, maybe she could even learn what it means to be a true dom, just as Johnny learns about subbing. Really, though, I think Domina makes for a good representation of the more intense side of femdom that I’m sure a lot of people do legit enjoy. But I think Alyssa’s appearance along with mention of Scarlet really gives the impression that you’re saying that sort of femdom really isnt for you anymore, and you’ve built up a particular, more endearing brand that revolves around that overall gentler (or at least less cruel) preference. And, of course, I’d gladly pick that over Domina’s “probably doesn't respect safe words” style any day of the week. All that being said, this was still a very fascinating journey for Johnny, sorta a more thorny path of discovering his own sexual identity compared to Asher’s. He’s learning to both trust himself as a sub and what doms are worth trusting. And it retroactively adds another emotional layer to his appearance at the start of the Scarlet vs Gabby comic, which I really like. After his experience, I’m sure that encounter with Gabby could’ve been extremely triggering to him, which makes Scarlet and Vivian immediately swooping in to help him all the more satisfying. Yeah, seeing all these dots connect was really cool. It lowkey almost felt like we were on the verge of some sort of Avengers-style FF cinematic event. And it makes me excited to see what might come next, especially when it comes to seeing your MMD OCs getting written stories of their own. All I know is, if Alyssa and Scarlet ever team up, no man would stand a chance, lol.
