0:50 naruto was my first ever anime I saw since I was a kid and it was my top 1 for the longest until I caught up to one piece. One piece was one of the last anime series I got into as an adult and I tell you, youre analysis is the same as me especially for early parts of op and naruto. narutos fights are absolutely goated, great choreo and story behind them, but OP definitely has the better story telling especially from the start the way everything comes full circle. (of course not everybody might think the same since other people have different preferences). its understandable as naruto fans you can see the difference in the fights quality this early in the series, but its great you can also already tell how good the storytelling/writing is in OP compared to naruto, especially with how relevant the side characters are in the show

really glad you guys are enjoying the comedy aspects in the show so far. the comedy and jokes in this series adds a lot to the series and crew and makes you feel closer to the characters as well. cant wait to see you guys come across future jokes that are infinitely more hilarious lol

Usopp is the bravest of the crew, the others almost dosen't have fear, but Usopp has to be brave and overcome his fears every fight.

i just got that impression from the constant criticism of luffy and nitpicking a lot of scenes and logic. maybe i misunderstood you guys, but it felt like one piece might not be for you. if thats not the case then i guess i just saw a different side of your reactions

I'm not sure what exactly u r talking about but most of our criticism is not nit picking and is extremely valid. Luffy is a good character, we got frustrated with him until he did the right thing and then we praised him. I also am unsure where the confussion comes from.

yeah i get you, i dont have a problem with criticizing luffy or anyone. i think what confused me was more the way some reactions came across to me, especially when something happens and its immediately called stupid or ridiculous before the scene plays out. maybe i just misunderstood your reaction style

Maybe.. unless you can go into specifics I can't really comment on the cases you're referring to. Sometimes we joke around with that kind of stuff. It's always good to not skip the discussion afterwards to be 100% how we felt about smth. It's all good though! Thx for taking your time to give us feedback.
