6:20 luffy can do that. its still relatively early but I suppose its been built over since the start of the show. he has said inspirational stuff before (like to sanji in baratie, or to koby how he'd be happy to die as long as hes fighting for his dream) but I guess after nami asking him for help you can see how they all respect him and know hes top dog, so hes grown on you after it accumulating over several eps

6:50 yeah, sharks in real life do grow new teeth because they have rows of teeth behind their current ones

22:00 yes, exactly. serious luffy is the best. for me whenever luffy gets serious he is my fav MC ever (still my fav even when he is a goof ball lol) but whenever he just locks in and is in that zone hes like a totally different person, especially when being rubbed the wrong way

26:30 luffy would have never used or taken those charts, same thing with how he denied taking zeffs logbook. he wants to find it out all for himself and doesnt want any spoilers in a sense lol

The Universe Of Longplays

Best moment Luffy With Nami ♥️ That photo of Luffy is epic, like this: 😁 Awesome!

45:10 well, in one of these last 2 eps when he does the gum gum spear on arlong and arlongs knocked out for a couple seconds, he asked "did he die?" so I think its safe to assume he doesnt intentionally do it but if they die they die lol. Oda (the author/illustrator) also mentioned in a sbs (he has a speakers corner when people ask him questions and he answers) one of the questions asked that and Oda explained why Luffy rarely kills his opponents. Oda stated that pirates "live and die by their dreams," and Luffy shatters those beliefs when he defeats them, which he considers "as bad as death". which can be up to you how you feel about that reasoning
