Kakashi and Obito fight is definitely one of the best in the entire show and overall 375 is a great episode:) I actually liked 374 as well and wish we could see a bit more of Orochimaru, Jiraya and Tsunade when there were a team, it might have been a very interesting dynamic! Also, just to clarify about the toad summoning: Naruto wanted to summon the Chief Toad ( Gamabunta) but ended up summoning his son Gamakichi who used to be much smaller, therefore Gamakichi called him Pops

In the databooks when the slugs heal and you see it via a presentation of green or other color light in the Manga sometimes — you feel warm and stronger and it has a very effective painkiller. Think of it like the effect IV (intravenous) morphine.

The reason Minato didn’t recognize Obito is because he was cloaked with Tobi the White Zetsu and he had half of his body augmented with Hashirama cells. Obito would be as strong as Sasuke but the Hashirama cells made as strong as Sasuke when he got his MS (Kage Summit) but at 14/15. Kamui would make him even stronger even if he doesn’t have the Susano’o because he only has 1 eye.

Obito was not weak, he was just slightly below Kakashi and Guy (Gai Sensei). He could probably beat anyone else. When he was young. When he got Hashirama cells he became 100x as strong. Making Kage level or a little stronger than Kage Summit Sasuke that killed Danzo. This isn’t enough to beat Minato. Even EMS Sasuke would not beat Minato but add the Kurama and the chaos and he would have a tough fight. Plus Obito has regenerative abilities and very strong genjutsu only second to Itachi. He placed an entire Kage, the Mizukage (who was the 3 tails Jinchuriki — Yagura under genjutsu for many years). You’ll know Guy Sensei is stronger than Kisame who himself is a very strong Akatsuki member. In my opinion, the 4th strongest member: Obito, Itachi, and Pain (Nagato) being stronger. I’d rank the top five Akatsuki like so: 1. Obito 2. Itachi 3. Pain 4. Kisame 5. Kakazu Obito knew Itachi was a double agent and he knew even if he fought Itachi it would be a very close fight and if he messed up he could lose that’s why he never attacked Konoha.
