The outfit contains unweighted dynamic bones so there will be a lot of clipping. To minimize the clippings I recommend using Joan6694's collider as shown in the last two pictures and then parenting the collider to your character closes limbs. Adjust the colliders and along with adjusting the dynamic bones so that it will fit your character better.
