inside file comes with skirk's tattoo in skintexmod.

Gloves, shoe, and head accessary contains animated texture. The animated texture are too dim to notice by default sliders. You will need to use plugin RendererEditor "shortcut key CTRL +R " and look for materials that has the name "anim" in it. Select those materials and in the _EMISSION brightness sliders increase from 100 to 600 - 800 by typing it in. Check out the attached video tutorial "skirk_tex_anim_tutorial" below.
