We do wash our hands more than FOH!! It’s easier for us to wash when busy to be fair with access to sinks, but I’ve seen FOH vaping inches away from customer’s plates in expo, digging in the fry bowls as they wait for their orders, never washing hands or sanitizing anything. They can be just as bad! Money is also one of the dirtiest things people touch daily, you can look that fact up.
