It's that time of year when Bistro Huddy needs a deep clean. How should Terry compensate the team?  Hint: He's leaning hard in one direction...

I guarantee that gift card isn’t each,

Lakiesha Payne

I expected better from you, Terry. Pay them, give them a gift card or hire cleaning staff.

GingersnapGod

I'm almost 3 years too late but I'd say let them clock in and also give them a pizza party

Erin Marshall

Give them all 3! Don’t be a cheap skate! LOL

Deb

If they are working... you PAY them. That's the law.

Robyn

Boy you best pay your workers, we had a manager try skimp on our hourly at my job and we unionized.

Dan Mendoza

NO TERRY! NOOOOOO! 😂😂😂

Peyton

Nicole is going to be MAD🤣🤣

Brennan

All 3 Terry. You do all 3

Чарлос

Standard minimum wage, rounded up

Kandalynn Naidl

He treats his servers like kids and wonder why they act like children 🤣

Deb B

All of the above

Jill Tallman

Time and a half AND gift card AND a pizza party, Terry. Don't be cheap. Roll tide

Rob

All of them. Roll Tide.....

mastercraft64

Now Terry, you expect people to come in and work all day cleaning the place to get one or two pieces of pizza? Naw, I know Nicole would quit at the thought of it. What you do is you let everybody clock in at a special hourly rate thats the same for everyone so no one is working the same hours and making more than anyone else. That's the only fair way of doing it. I know if I worked for you and was given a 50$ gift card or pizza for a day of deep cleaning, I would quit on the spot.

Rita Liesiefsky

Don't be such a cheapass, Terri! Clock AND feed!!!

Jenniy_T

How about all 3 combined 👍🏽

Mythology Buff

Clock in and add 3x as much pizza so everyone gets about 6 slices. Times are hard, let people have some leftovers. ROLL TIDE!

Penny

Time worked is time paid, Terry! And if they aren't getting tips, you have to pay regular minimum wage!

Sarah

PAY. THEM. You can do all 3, but you have them clock in for sure. If you don't pay them, it will be bad for you in the long run.

Krystal West

Pizza party is only good if you're also getting paid

Penny Snowdon

Clock in and pizza party! Or maybe clock in, except Pickles, and Pickles can cater the party!!

Leo Kingsley

Terry you remember when you was a boy and your pop pop would make you wake up at the ass crack of dawn on a Saturday and make you clean out his garage? How you hated it, made you wanna kick your pop pop where it hurts. What’d he say after all that hard work? Good job? No he’d say you missed a spot then crack open a coors and watched the Titans. You didn’t get rewarded or nuthin, you hated cleaning out Pop Pops garage. Well that’s how everyone’s gonna feel if you throw them a pizza party! Why you gonna serve cheap pizza at Bistro Huddy too? Let them all clock in, you won’t regret it. Roll Tide

Francesca Nielsen

I think you should let them clock in AND give them a pizza party! The more you give them the more they will give back in the long run.

Adam T. Berns

I mean, if you DON'T want to have employees the next day, by all means, just do the pizza. Though I don't think anyone besides MAYBE that pothead dishwasher who's always "on break" will be coming in to clean. Think about it this way (and BE HONEST with yourself): if you WEREN'T the manager would you come in ALL day to scrub and wipe down stuff just for a couple slices of 'Za and some fruit punch? C'mon man... that'd be like asking Tim to NOT use a gift card, or Pickles to stop liking pickles! WAR TIDE / ROLL EAGLE!

Beverly Majors

DOUBLE TIME and $100 bonus. Deep cleaning is very hard work Terry. You know they have the Health Department on speed dial, right?

Jan

Everyone's coming for Terry and I'm living for it

✨Teal Sparkle ✨

Pizza party, beer, soda, margaritas, let them clock in, chair massage, chance to win $1000 Amazon gift card, great music and yeah I think that would be more enticing because I think that they would rather stay home and just have their own pizza

Joe Grabo

Can i say, i work my ass off as the manager to make sure you all make money. Youre lucky youre getting a pizza party. i could just make you all do extra stuff at the end of your shift.

L. Shannon Carter

Nope. Class it up a little. They WORK there..not a party to them. Make it one. GREAT pizza, and the gift cards a good start. Make sure you have everything you need for the clean in advance..nothing says buzz killer like having to leave everybody to be the designated runner..been there. Roll Tide..(except when the GATORS come a knockin..)

Bre

Pay them and give them MORE pizza than that, PLUS a giftcard of their choice

VelvetJazz

Target gift card!! woot woot!!

Jenna

Make them make their own pizza

Anastasia Leszczewicz

Pizza party? Is this middle school? Each server should get an Amazon gift card for $100, the kitchen staff $150 cos they’re the ones who are cooking lunch for the servers. Good stuff, too! But what do I know, working at McDonald’s at the age of 15 to buy Duran Duran records? Cleaning the ice cream machine meant free ice cream and a shitload of caramel sauce!

Debra Joyner

Hours AND pizza. Cmon terry!

Sharon Perdue

Omg...I am seriously thinking about what each employee would want. (You are just too good.) I like the fun environment with music/food/drinks...then surprise them at the end with an Amazon gift card...maybe even a "door prize" drawing for a bed and breakfast somewhere - I am sure Terry has connections.

Ryan Graziano

Regular pay and pizza party is good. Always be on the clock at work 😂 that's why it's called working and not volunteering

David Lawson

Paid hourly, and he should provide pizza halfway through the deep clean. Managers are cheap, no need to try to shoot for the moon!

I'd say regular pay for the hourly workers, but servers who are paid 2.50 an hour need at least minimum wage, or whatever the lowest paid hourly worker gets.

Cesar uribe

I say we all ask what pickles and Aaron want. 😂 let them decide. Roll tide!

Jessica Wilder

On the clock and pizza! A shifty at the end of the day wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Morgan Satellite

There are 7 seven deadly sins and Pizza is the 8th deadly sin. YES! Pizza party - I'm here for it!

Catherine Johnston

I'm thinking Pickles will be down for pizza but you'll have to offer Nicole either money or a Prince Charming!

Gretchen Richer

What is better that a pizza party as compensation? A surprise pizza party after the staff has been slyly told that they will be well compensated. They will just love this.

Gretchen Richer

An actually cool compensation would be to shut down for 2 days. Day 1 would be the deep clean, day 2 would be a paid holiday(throw in some extra to make up for tips)

Jayne

Oh Terry come on man! Pizza party sounds fun, and you should definitely do that too as a sign of appreciation for your staff. But dude, pizza ain’t gonna pay their rent or the electricity bill. You know what I’m saying? Living wage, is the only way to er.. live. Their hourly pay is the absolute minimum. Don’t be a cheapskate. Roll Tide!

Ali L

They should buy YOU pizza for allowing then the honor of deep cleaning BH on their off time.

Tóbal

Are we talking Pizza Hut? 😒 Or Montain Mike's? 🥳

Angie Kritenbrink

These people aren't volunteers, Terry. They need to clock in AND get the Target gift card since they won't be earning tips.

Hire a professional cleaning crew for three hours and get it done right. And still give your staff money for a lost day of wages, Management is an ass.

Edie

A Pizza Party stops working once you leave elementary school!
