If I end up staying more than an hour, I tip 20% of the bill, per hour. So $100 bill, $20/hr I was there, because in my head that person was "working for me" for that many hours. If that makes sense?

This is a good PSA Nicole, I will keep you in mind. I have been that person when I was younger in my 20’s and it’s pretty selfish I realize. I promise no 3 hour gatherings unless we tip you 3x as much. That will be my forever etiquette going forward. Turning tables gets you paid.
