Content

Life has been full of ups and downs lately, and it's really had me reflecting. Balancing full-time work with content creation rarely leaves time for breaks, especially with how many renders I create regularly but ironically, being completely busy is also when I'm able to be the most introspective.

When it comes to my art, I get really invested in my renders and usually won't rest until I've ironed out the details (people who tune into my streams know how particular I am about clipping!) But cosplays, in particular, are something I've always been anxious about debuting. When a render doesn't do well, I can attribute it to all sorts of things, but whenever a cosplay isn't received as well, it feels very personal because in a way, it's me putting myself out there?

There have been a handful of cosplays I never unveiled because I either thought I wouldn't look good in them, wasn't creating them to a high enough standard, or that they just weren't coming together well enough. And I guess in this case, I wanted to share one that I actually completed many months back but never posted because I was overtaken by anxiety at the time and didn't think it turned out well: Arlecchino.

I know you've all been extremely supportive in just about every endeavor I've done when it comes to Mei Lee Art, and I'm forever grateful for that. I do sincerely hope that even if the algorithm or my statistics say otherwise, the content I'm putting out truly does make you all happy and horny 💜

Thank you for sharing this 💜 Your passion and attention to detail really show in everything you make. I’m really glad you posted Arlecchino — it deserves to be seen. No matter what the numbers say, your work genuinely means a lot to people.

Work hasn't flickered out your passion this far, and not everyone can say the same. (i should know). Your work is indisputably etched into everyone's memories for the rest of our lives ❤️💐

Thank you so much for sharing Mei, I know this is a passion of yours and I can tell you’re a perfectionist at heart and take pride in what you do and the decisions you make reflect this. but this is so good. I’m glad it can see the light of day. Everything you do means the world to me and I will stick with you until we turn to dust🩵

It was all worth it, alone for the trampling pov ^^

You put in a lot of time and effort into this whole thing, and that's what we appreciate about you.

Arlecchinos outfit is probably one of the harder ones to pull off the fact you did it tho is amazing and commitment at its finest

I can totally understand those feelings. I have a lot of respect for cosplayers in general, and even more when they're truly professional. So I can understand wanting to reach a certain "standard." As far as I'm concerned, you don't need to worry (I know, easier said than done, and not always comforting). It would be a lie if I said I didn't subscribe because of your art and cosplays. BUT I also subscribed because of your friendly, funny, and beautiful personality. I actually ventured more into the internet because of you, since you're always so kind in your comments and to fans, which really gave me the courage to comment myself, even on other creators' work. Of course, I don't know you personally, but to me, you're someone who doesn't exploit their fans, and I'm so glad, happy, and excited that you contribute so much wonderful content to the anime, gaming, and foot fetish world! Thank you so much, Mei, for working so hard for us. We all love you, and I hope you can still rest and relax a little now and then. ♥️♥️♥️🥰🥰🥰

PS: To maybe cheer you up a bit. Once, when my dad and I were looking at my email together, there was a cosplay message from you. My dad, who doesn't have a foot fetish or anything like that, said, "Wow, those feet are divine, they're really beautiful, I'd fall to my knees for them too!" 😂🤣

You don’t have to push yourself for us. What matters most is that you take care of yourself first. Your presence and your work already mean so much to me. We’ll quietly keep supporting you, no matter what. I actually think your Arlecchino cosplay suits your vibe really well. Maybe trying a sharper makeup look and a slightly adjusted wig cut could bring it out even more.
