Check out my recent short where I show off the original characters from the first Mortal Kombat game (1992), reimagined by Fooocus AI and some clever (and difficult) prompting. What are your thoughts? Is A.I. shaping up to be a game-changer, or does it still have a long ways to go?

In the meantime, grab full-sized versions of the artwork here!

Mortal Kombat A.I. Generated Characters - #videogames #arcade #mk #mk #fightinggames #subzero

I decided to see what would happen if I used Fooocus AI and some clever trial n' error prompting to reimagine the characters from the original 1992 Mortal Kombat game. The results were surprisingly good! What do you think? Is AI getting better? 👍 SUPPORT MY WORK ON: patreon.com/maestrodraven 🌐 FOLLOW ME ON: x.com/maestrodraven

Getting quite excited about AI myself :) I'm hearing the exponential growth of its capabilities has just begun. Its really good at codeing. It gets it perfect as there is zero variability in what works and what doesn't. U just need to know what it is U want it to do and with a correct query it will bash out anything and everything possible within the framework. Thinking GAMES!?!

I think the doomsday predictions about AI are overblown. While I do admire AI for the assistance it can give people like me, who can't draw a stickman to save their lives, I don't think it's going to replace traditional art, or artists. Authenticity will become the sought-after treasure, and AI can't provide that. I think AI has vast potential, but it will be segmented into niche areas to act more as an accompanying assistant, rather than a human replacer.
