Notice how episode 10 was all about death , grief and feeling powerless , just like Mustang when he says "it's a terrible day for rain" to "hide" his tears but it also reflects the fact that he is powerless under the rain . And then episode 11 is all about birth , the gift of life and how Mr. Dominic gave the girl legs so she could litterally get back on her feet , just like Winry's automails allow Ed to keep moving forward both figuratively and literally . How she fixes him in both sense of the word . That relationship between those two episodes , you could call that the cycle of life , or even better yet : equivalent exchange :)
