Lelouch use the orange keyword when he brainwash Jeremiah. Since then, lelouch use that as an insult to him. The orange does not actually have any deeper meaning.

Orange was what zero said to Jeremiah when they were rescuing Suzaku. It was just something that he made up to sound like a secret code or plan of action, it was just meant to disgrace Jeremiah if anyone heard it.
