Jane is close, but deku just told bakkugo that he had a power that wasnt his, and he wast trying to make it his own. That was after deku won the hero vs villian training. At the moment bakkugo didnt believe hom though. Or at least he thought deku was talking nonsense.

Yes, Midoriya told Bakugo that he got his quirk from someone else and that he'll make it his own some day. He didn't say from whom he got the quirk though.
