This episode is SO TENSE. I love it, the writing is so good! Putting a bunch of characters in to a single room for an hour, adding one element, and seeing how it plays out - and it being as excellent as this - is the mark of a good writer. NICE catch with Rose in the tv! Most don't see that on their first watch. As far as favorite one-off episodes, this is definitely tied with The Girl in the Fireplace (from season 2) for me.
