i agree with you 100% man. I'm literally 50 minutes into the FIRST movie with them and I want to pull my hair out. She literally will not stop talking and is basically telling him the entire story before he sees it happen for himself. I'm canceling my sub for sure. This is a mess.

I really wish I would’ve found you guys sooner but I’m also glad that by the time I did you finished all the HP movies so I didn’t have to wait for each one. Binged these in a day and a half! ❤️

Jim Schmitz

I feel the same but didn't have the stamina to commit to that degree.

CSH

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never understand but here we are at the end, the place were people wanted you to rush to get too, thank you for this journey all of it. It was brilliant, I will start my watch in 2hrs, can't wait.

Chrissonator

Yes, been eager to see this one. :D

Currently watching the vault scene. The multiplying curse is a lot worse in the book. It BURNS them as it multiplies and almost kills them. Way more intense in the book. As usual lol

The epilogue actually takes place in 2017; the battle of Hogwarts occurred on May 2, 1998 in Harry Potter lore. :)

In the last book, there is a huuuuge backstory on Dumboldore and his youth. Him and his best friend, Grindelwald were on the search for power as teens/young adults. This all happened while his sister Ariana was sick and needed to be taken care of, and thats why Abeforth says that Dumboldore sacrificed his sister for power. Grindelwald was basically the original Voldy because he got way too thirsty for power and turned dark, and there was a huge battle between Dumboldore and Grindelwald. I really wish the movies didn't cut so much of the books out because it would have been so cool to see those flashbacks about Dumboldores life. The last book really made Dumboldore feel real and flawed as a human being, rather than this "morally perfect powerful wizard" that we are made to believe he is. Everyone has flaws, even someone like Dumboldore.

The actor that plays Crabbe was arrested on some messed up charges, some real bad stuff if I remember correctly, so he wasn't in these movies. JK Rowling came up with the entire series in that coffee shop, and I think wrote most of the first book there.

Harry is the descendant of the third brother the one with the cloak, and Voldermort is the descendant of the second brother the one with the stone. The stone was made into a ring and passed down through Voldermort's mother's family.

Loved the reaction! I’m so happy you enjoyed this, but the book readers were ultimately pretty upset about how parts of the Battle of Hogwarts were shown. As a movie, this one was stellar. As an adaptation, there were some issues. In the books, the death eaters didn’t apparate off when they found out Harry was alive. There was another battle. Death eaters and giants on one side, students and teachers and centaurs and Hogsmeade villagers and students’ family members (not just the Weasleys - lots of family members came. Neville’s grandmother was there!) on the other side. And because Harry had sacrificed himself in the forest, he gave them all the same protection that Lily gave to him. The death eater curses were just bouncing right off them. Also, the whole point was to kill all the horcruxes so that Voldemort would be an ordinary human again. Him blowing up in a magical cloud of dust was just wrong WRONG. The film makers should have gone with how that happened in the book: 70 year old mortal Tom Riddle just fell over dead like anyone else would. I am looking forward to seeing your reactions to the Fantastic Beasts movies!

Guys why don't you use google drive instead? The MEGA website is pretty complicated and sometimes you even have to pay money to watch

First... one of my biggest pet peeves about these movies, is that so many great characters like Lupin, Tonks, Mad Eye Moody, Fred, etc... were all killed off screen. I hate it because these movies all could have been just a little it longer to make room to show these tragic, but important deaths. Snape's death to me is by far the most tragic, because he was such a good man all along. He gave so much for Harry and for Dumbledore, because he loved Lilly Potter. And while he struggled to deal with Harry in all their years at Hogwarts together because he disliked James Potter for bullying him and for taking Lilly away from him, he still did care about Harry and wanted to protect him. Harry after is Lilly's son. Plus... Snape also cared about Dumbledore even though Dumbledore helped Harry, all along knowing Harry had to die to destroy Voldemort. So, for Snape to have to kill Dumbledore too... it must have broken him that much more than he already has been upon being forced to pretend to be on Voldemort's side. And knowing all this, then seeing Snape being killed so brutally... it's absolutely tragic. I can't help but cry every time. When he's being killed, and throughout Harry seeing his memories through his tears. I also love that in the end, it's revealed that Harry and Ginny named their oldest son after Severus Snape, giving their son his name as his middle name. Fabulous! I love, love, love Snape as a character. And Alan Rickman in this role is fantastic, just like he always is. And Snape is definitely one of my favorite characters throughout these movies. As are Professor McGonagall played by the phenomenal Maggie Smith, Ron Weasley played by Rupert Grint, Remus Lupin played by David Thewlis, and Neville Longbottom played by Matthew Lewis as well. Also... for me, Ginny's character is just okay. I don't really care about Harry and Ginny as a couple because they never built up well enough for me. And her character alone is just kind of boring. As for Neville... like I said above, I love his character. Although, I definitely would have preferred to see Neville kill Bellatrix for what she had done to his parents, whom she actually tortured so badly that they are now confined within an insane asylum and no longer know their son to be their son, which is why Neville lives with his grandmother. So, while I love seeing Bellatrix being killed by Molly Weasley, who I really like a lot as a character too, I still think Bellatrix's death would have been far more impactful had it been Neville who killed her instead. Perhaps, they purposefully chose not to have him kill her because it might have been seen as him taking his revenge out on her and they didn't want revenge to ruin the good and innocence in Neville. But I don't know if this is how JK Rowling felt or not. Either way... I love how it was Neville who killed Nagini... Voldemort's snake to save Ron and Hermione. Overall... these movies are fantastic and full of magic, fun, entertainment, humor, and beauty too. So, thank you so much for your reactions for all of these fun and entertaining movies. There are certainly some characters within these films that I would love to see spinoffs for, showing more about their lives. Characters such as Snape, Draco Malfoy and his mother, Ron and Hermione after they're married, as well as Lupin and Tonks too. Maybe one day we will. Who knows? I look forward to seeing more movie reactions from you to come! Be well, my friends. :) Sincerely, Heidi

I had some issues with the website too so I downloaded the Megasync desktop app on my laptop instead and that's been working like a charm. You just have to copy and paste the link into the app where it says "import links" and it downloads the file in like, 5 mins :)

My favorite moment in all the films is when Neville Longbottom lead them back to Hogwarts resistance and everyone is so happy to see the "Trio" and then Harry tells them what they are looking for and goes "it is not much to go on" and Shamus, wonderful Shamus says "That is nothing to go on". I don't know why, but everything about it, how he delivers it, the look on the faces of everyone around him and how right he is.....hahahaha

o

I have to be honest, Jane made this a little rough for J.V, it was his first time watching it and she kind of made it her first time. I am not trying to be mean. J.V has to be careful not to the same thing with "Lord of the Rings".

o

The "S" initial would probably be the "S" from the name Sirius his GodFather, it is just a guess on my part.

In Harry Potter lore its called "The famous three way duel" between Abaforth, Albus and Grindelwald. Grindelwald was basicly "Wizard Hitler" and Dumbledore tried to rule over the world, alongside him "for the greater good". When he started his search / lust for power (shortly after his father was sent to Askaban) Abaforth tried to reason with him "To stay Home and protect Ariana" Albus didnt listen so Abaforth attacked him and Grindelwald joined the fight. Noone knows who was fighting who and wich killing curse hit Ariana, but in the end, she was dead and Albus was blaiming himself his whole life.

19 years later, Harry is head of the Auror office and Hermione is the new Minister for magic. Neville is Professor at Hogwarts. ...The thing that bothered me about the movie, is the part, when Harry destroys the Elder Wand. In the book, he repairs his own wand with the Elder Wand and put it back into Dumbledores tomb "To let his power die" Also a funfact, wich makes you an even greater fan of Snape, Alan Rickman knew! JKR did write Snape, with Alan Rickman in mind. When they did cast the Actors back in 1999/ 2000, at the point she had only written the first 3 books. But back then she told rickman how the Story would end. She told him the backstory of Snape. He was the only one, exapt her, who knew. And like he promised, until his death, he never said, what exactly JKR had told him. He always smiled and said "I knew" asked if he could tell he always said "No"

You no longer have to read the books, because for some reason people have decided to give the entirety of the books as they tell you what happens instead of you finding out for yourself. Patreon has become like YouTube were people feel as though this journey is their's and not your's. Be careful of your comment section as a matter of fact like everything else it will do you more harm then good, so it is best you not even notice it. Oh well it was nice while it lasted. Thank you two so much for this, I apologize that people have become the way that they are.

i loved this so much guys! <3

Not everything green is a killing curse

Sondre Soegard

Incase you wondered, the reason Voldemort died without Harry performing any lethal magic was because the elder wand refused to kill its true master (harry) so the wand slowly let go until Voldemort's killing curse rebounded upon himself.

I’m with you. I just paid $15 to join their patron to watch this video and I can’t get it to work.

JV: Since you haven't read the books, I thought you might like to see this. Final paragraph of Deathly Hallows: "The scar had not pained Harry for nineteen years. All was well." Loved this reaction. I just loved how into this you both were. So, so worth the wait. And it just kills me, seeing how gobsmacked and floored you were by so much of this. I couldn't help remembering how JV said he didn't think he'd be into this series because it was a kid's movie. Watching him react to this one, I got a chuckle every time I thought of that. So much fun seeing new people become fans before our very eyes.

Seriously? 8 fucking films and you still can't remember a single characters name, the name of a single recurring location, the name of any magical creature or the name or whta it does of a single spell? WTF is wrong with you. These are the worst fucking reactions I have ever seen. You talk over dialogue all the time then say "What is going on?" You post the films with the sound so low we can't hear and the image is so dark half the time it's just a black square. We are paying you money for this????!!!!!!!! Fuck You, I've canceled and I will be telling everyone else I know to do the same thing.

For everyone who has problems with Mega: Make an account on mega without buying some of the offers, download MEGAsync on your computer, copy the link here for the movie, open it in your browser and than click on download to download it on Mega. After that open MEGAsync and the full movie will download on your computer where you can watch it full without it pausing. You can download 2 Movies and than you have to wait 5 hours to download 2 again. This worked for me and maybe it will work for you too.

Andreja Vladic

Or if you have VPN change your location every 30 min. That works for some people too.

So many harsh people in the comments. Maybe it’s that I’m not a Harry Potter super fan, but Jane’s reaction is so genuine and you can tell she loves this story. Maybe it’s been a while since she has read the books. So what? Great reactions as usual
