2026-10-06 06:00 Aww I wished y'all watched the end credits. They credit all of the characters from ALL of the movies (including both characters that played Victoria) and then with the big three (Bella, Edward, & Jacob), they show a page from the book introducing them along it. A great closing to the Twilight era as it was huge. I just like it lol... It's honestly a good thing that they added the battle scene in the movie. In the book, there's not battle scene. They confront, Jane attacks with her powers, Bella shields everyone, Alec tried to get through the shield with his powers, they find out about Renesmee being half human, Aro tries to manipulate the situation, Alice shows up, like she, Aro reads her thoughts (which we the audience are unware what exactly he sees as the story is told from Bella's POV, the Brazilian vampires show up, Caius wants to destroy the Cullens for aligning with werewolves (who the Volturi had destroyed to practically extinction), Edward explains that they're not actually werewolves but shapeshifters (to which even the wolves were even unaware and confused), and the Volturi leave, with Aro's new interest in Bella. It's VERY anticlimatic. All of that build up for a huge battle only for nothing to happen, especially after the one that happened in Eclipse. It would translate horribly in a movie, so the fakeout battle. I think book readers appreciate it more than the non book readers... There's actually a scene in the book where after the Volturi confrontation and everyone is lounging around, where the half vampire kept staring at Renemee and it makes Bella uncomfortable, but Edward explains that he's just fascinated to meet another hybrid after all of this time and wished that he his mother was able to survived his birth like Bella had. I think it's also believed that only male hybrids contain and can possibly reproduce, so Renesmee doesn't have vemon... Aro is such an interesting character. He's soooo manipulative and smart. That's what makes so powerful. Sure he's gifted, but the way he operates is what truly makes him dangerous and why he's able to hold such leadership. He allows Caius to come across as the "bad cop", so he can make himself look like the reasonable one, and Caius doesn't even realize it. He manipulates not only the vampire community as a whole, but his own "coven". He's also a collector of gifted vampires. His whole royal guard is full of them. That's why he wants Alice so bad because he doesn't have a seer like her. He always Even Jane and Alec, who are twins, and were very gifted children who tuned when they were like 12/13. Aro discovered them before when they were children but he knew he couldn't change them as he would have been, so he waited. With the twins' human powers, they were almost burned at the stake after being declared witches and Aro saved them, then turned them, making them two the "youngest" and the most powerful weapons of the Volturi... You want to know how horribly manipulative Aro is? Marcus (the third leader, who's described in the books as looking "bored" all the time), is also gifted in that he can detect emotional/relationship connections between two people. He and Aro created the Volturi when they were young vampires, and he fell in love with Aro's biological sister (who Aro changed hoping that she'd have a similar ability to his, but she ended up the gift of making people "happy"). They were madly in love and they decided that they wanted to go their separate ways from the Volturi. Aro gave his "blessing", he murdered his own sister to keep Marcus in place because he felt that losing Marcus would weaken them. Marcus immediately fell into severe depression and in order to ensure he didn't leave leave, Aro had another gifted guard member name Chelsea, who has the gift of manipulating relationship bonds between people (which was very useful in battles against families/covens, which he most likely would have used on Alice to manipulate her to join the Volturi after murdering her family), to make Marcus to remain forever loyal to the Volturi. Aro and Caius saw how Marcus' wife's death affected him and knew that it would make them vulnerable, so they had their own wives forever under constant, (in Breaking Dawn, the Cullens finding out that even "the wives" were going to show up was an indication that this was a very serious situation as they never go anywhere really for their own protection). Marcus never found out what Aro did. He lived in severe depression for thousands of years and forced (without his knowledge) to remain loyal to the Volturi. So that's why he always seems so "bored". He been suffering from the lost of the love of his life. Aro ain't shit. In the book Breaking Dawn, after finding out that Renesmee was only half vampire, he was the only one who voted NOT to kill Renesmee... The two uninvited Romanian vampires are actually the oldest vampires in the world and were the original rulers of the vampire world. Unlike the Volturi, they didn't the existence of vampires a secret. The Volturi eventually came to power and overthrew them with their guard of powerful and gifted vampire (which is why Aro was smart to collect them). They eventually regrew their coven to over a 100 vampires and tried regain their power but by then, the Volturi already had Jane and Alec, who slaughtered the coven, including on their mates, leaving them the remaining two on the run ever since. Fun fact: Laurent once tried to join the Volturi in search of power but Aro wouldn't let him because he found out that he once briefly joined the Romanians... Speaking of Laurent, after he was killed by the wolves (which he thought were werewolves and was shocked to see them as they were in broad daylight), in Eclipse, the Cullens asked the Denali cousins to help fight the newborns. Irina, Laurent's mate, had one condition, that she was allowed to kill the shifters to avenge Laurent's death. Carlise refused, so Irina refused to help, and her family stood by her and her decision. It's not mentioned, in the movies, but it happened in the Eclipse book. The family apologized at the wedding in the Breaking Dawn book as they felt guilt for potentially leaving their family to be slaughtered... Also "Fun Fact": Tanya, the curly haired Denali sister, who is also the oldest and the leader, had a crush on Edward, but only because he was possibly one of the only people to dismiss her advances. The reason the Cullens didn't live in Alaska with them was because of Tanya's constant flirtations lol. After Edward met Bella for the first time and he was missing for a few days of school, he actually had went to the Denali's at the time to get away and Tanya initially thought he came to finally show romantic interest in her, but quickly realized he wasn't there for her but his own problems and guided him with advice, although she didn't know why he was there. They also tried to send Jasper there after he almost killed Bella. The Denali sisters were "vegetarians" before meeting Carlise and sought out human males for romantic relationships, after their "mother's killing" as distractions, but they kept accidentally killing them, creating the legends of the succubi, so they stopped feeding off of humans. Another interesting fact that wasn't mentioned in Rosalie's backstory in the movie is that when Carlise turned her, he had hoped that she would be Edward's mate. Rosalie certainly didn't want Edward, but was super offended that he didn't want her, which is partially why Rosalie initially hates Bella because Edward dismissed her all of those years ago, but someone is enamored with plain, human Bella lol... There's a lot of backstories that the movies (even the books) don't even scratch the surface on. They're far more interesting than the main stories. I feel like I can go all day giving backstories lol...

2026-10-06 06:00 IDK if you gonna see this but thanks for the reaction. It's was a long time coming but worth the wait. Watching The Twilight Saga with you have been great. And the fact that you - Justin doesn't just hate on it & actually enjoy what you can & gave it a fair chance - that's just so nice to see. I have have been here since The early Harry Potter days & and im glad I found you on YouTube so long ago & made the upgrade to Patreon. So many hours of Great entertainment. I regret nothing. So what are the plans for the future ? I would LOVE to know what I can expect ? I heard something about some Disney + stuff on your live you made on YouTube ? But I would appreciate to get a clear conformation. None The less: here is a few movie recommendations: The Host, Victor Frankenstein, Dracula Untold, The Wolf Man, The Theory Of Everything, Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters, Kick Ass 1 & 2 and Self/Less.
