I've seen lots of people saying that getting covid has caused them to develop gastrointestinal issues. The main one being gastroparesis. It can be tied to POTS which also is unfortunately happening to some people that have had covid which could explain the feeling of wanting to faint. You definitely have symptoms of gastroparesis. It's always best to be our own health advocates. And these kinda things don't come up on blood work or tests they are difficult to diagnose. Good luck!
