I'm totally with you on this one. And I don't want to sound dramatic but these behind the back thing is the worst and then saying like "oh it was so nice etc.." That's a total shitshow. I would be angry/hurt too! These things infuriate me. I wouldn't say anything to your cousins/friends. You're such an honest and loyal soul Sam - you know your worth. But I know the disappointment stays! And like you said you really get to know who your people are! I just turned 30 and I don't have any friends because I can't deal with these things anymore. I'm an introvert so I never had many friends and actually like being alone but I really would appreciate and love to have a friend like you! <3
