2 ANIMATIONS IN THE WORKS AND MORE UPDATES :) (Patreon)
Content
Hello everyone! Here are the 2 short animations I've started working on!SAMIA'S SNACKS:
STRESS RELIEF:
"STRESS RELIEF" Will be an exclusively foot focused animation, while"SAMIA'S SNACKS" Will be a vore focused animation :)Each animation will be around 3 to 6 minutes long (More info below:)"Stress Relief" will have a slightly "dark/creepy" tone, while "Samia's Snacks" will be something more cute and smexy :)*****OVERALL UPDATES ABOUT MY FUTURE ANIMATIONS:So, I'm planning to start alternating between short, more experimental animations, as well as long, more cinematic ones.
I decided this because trying to outdo every single animation I've done before (both in quality and runtime) would be both unrealistic and unhealthy for me (especially if I'm not taking breaks for the sake of getting my animations published in time)Not every single animation needs to be cinematic and dramatic, I'd really like to start adding more variety, and a good way to do this, would be to work on smaller animations, between bigger cinematic projects! I know that many of you love the more cinematic and immersive side of my animations, but also many of you would prefer more fetish focused content, and I need to take breaks from such... "intensive" movies from time to time...So...I think adding more variety in both length and style/mood of animations would be a win/win for everyone ;)Hopefully the 2 animations above will be a good example of what I mean, and I really hope that you like them :)(And yes, meanwhile I plan to work on bigger projects, like "Giantess Found Footage 2" and others!)*****TECHNICAL UPDATES / LEARNING NEW SOFTWARE + BONUS RANTS:Trying to describe my last weeks and sum it all up in one paragraph truly doesn't make it justice... I must be cursed with software crashes... I can tell you without a doubt that I spend about 80% of my time trying to fix software problems and 20% of my time ACTUALLY CREATING SOMETHING.... And when things don't work the way I need them to, I just lose it, I don't even know if I should call these panic attacks but there's a lot of hair in my desk... either from the stress or from all the times I grabbed my hair going insane after wasting 2 days straight trying to simply import a character into a scene... (Among many MANY other problems I've been having for years) It's nothing but problems 24 hours a dayI'm considering ditching Maya (which is what I use for the animations) and learning Cinema 4D (it's quite famous for it's stability!) I just need a little more time to get things in order.HOWEVER, I am now using a new renderer:
Octane renders images with very beautiful graphics. I used it to render all my animations. But unfortunately, nice graphics is the only good thing I have to say about it. At least 33% of my software problems, crashes and huge wastes of time, have been happening thanks to octane, it's incredibly buggy, unstable, and incredibly slow (even when it's not rendering, it does some stuff in the background when I'm not using it that's so stupid I wont even explain).
I'm not the only one to say it. Users of Maya AND Octane say that these are both very unstable programs! (What an amazing combination of problematic software I decided to use!) =P
It's nice images have been the ONLY THING convincing me to use it, because I want my animations to look the best! But at the cost of my sanity.
A couple days ago (I was JUST finishing dealing with some new problems that Maya was throwing at me) Octane suddenly stopped rendering, it said my license expired...I RENEWED MY LICENSE WHEN I WAS WORKING ON OPAL'S LAST ANIMATION, JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO! I PAID FOR A FULL YEAR! But apparently, even the licensing system is messed up! To me this was the last straw, I didn't even bother contacting customer support, I'll just use this as an opportunity to FINALLY switch to another renderer...
I tried Arnold Render (yes, That's what it's called :) ) and Redshift.
They both work VERY differently from Octane (which I was very used to work with, despite the crashes!) and after spending the last week learning HOW TO WORK WITH EACH RENDERER, LEARN EVERY SINGLE SETTING AND HOW TO OPTIMIZE BOTH RENDERERS THE BEST THAT I COULD I came to the conclusion that Redshift is the best option for me, mostly for it's speed and stability. And either render costs about the same as Octane (1 year licenses) so not bad!Let's hope that this change, saves me about 33% of the problems I've been having =P
